1.Prepare annual auditor work plan according to risk-based approaches;
2.Updates internal audit manual on annual basis;
3.Conduct field work according to work plans;
4.Develop and update and Internal Audit Manual, audit programs/checklists and working papers;
5.Perform unannounced audit, special examinations, fraud investigations, and assignments at the request of the board.
6.Direct the overall performance of audit procedures, and defining issues;
7.Development criteria, review and analyze evidence, and document audit processes and procedure;
8.Communicate the results of audit projects via written reports and oral presentation to management and the board;
9.Provide internal audit reports to management and the board;
10.Maintain internal control systems by preparing and updating programs where necessary;
11.Provide quarterly updates to Board on the status of audit recommendations and any areas that could be cause of increasing risk;
12.Cooperate with external auditors and other external evaluator when required.
13.Other tasks assigned by management.

- Bachelor or Master of Business Administration or equivalent degree in the field of Accounting or finance; certification in the field of Auditing or Accounting (ACCA/CAT) is a plus;
- Minimum 3 years of auditing experience or final management;
- Good understanding of internal control, process and risk analysis;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English
- Computer literacy in Ms. Office, E-mail and internet.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hard working and be able to work in a team.
- Good moral and respectable personality.
- Integrity, honest, and principled individual.
- Excellent track records throughout the professional careers.
